TAMPA, FL –Tampa Bay’s Vintage Beverages Tailgate Taste Fest is proud to announce “Southern Train” will open its annual food festival on October 3 at Curtis Hixon Park. The southern rock/country outfit will hit the stage at 3 p.m. and entertain patrons until 6 p.m.
A seven-piece band hailing from Tampa, FL, Southern Train mixes an energy-filled set of southern and classic rock, as well as country. Often providing listeners a ‘danceable’ atmosphere, Southern Train mirrors the unique sounds of Lynyrd Skynrd and the Rolling Stones, while also playing familiar covers from the likes of Carrie Underwood and the Black Crowes.
In 2014, Southern Train hit the studio to produce their first EP, “Platt Street Bridge”. The group has shared the same stage with many prominent acts, developing a strong fan base throughout the region. Check out additional information on Southern Train at the link below.
