TAMPA, FL – The second annual Tampa Bay Vintage Beverages Tailgate Taste Fest, a free, family-friendly event which took place on Saturday, October 3, at Curtis Hixon Park, entertained guests with football games, live entertainment and many of the best tailgate food options in Tampa Bay. Running from 3-9 p.m., many food and football fans visited the Tailgate Taste Fest and its robust 21-restaurant lineup throughout the evening.
Benefactors of the first cool blast of the fall season, restaurants fired up their grills to offer-up patrons delicious food selections from a variety of categories including sides, sliders, chicken, and barbecue (click here to view the People’s Choice and Judges’ Awards).
While enjoying each of the food choices, Tampa Bay’s Southern Train took to the mainstage to wow the tailgating crowd with an invigorating playlist. Additionally, many of the day’s premier college football games flashed across the large video board. Many also partook in the tailgate games and festivities around the park which were highlighted by visits from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the University of South Florida’s Street Teams. The Red Sunday capped an incredible evening with an energetic set of memorable hits.
