TAMPA, FL – Tampa Bay’s Tailgate Taste Fest is set to tackle Curtis Hixon Park on Saturday, August 23. With 22 restaurants ready to showcase premier tailgating dishes in the chicken, slider, Cuban sandwich and side dish categories, VIP ticket purchasers will now be offered unique samplings from three, VIP-exclusive restaurants.
Mise en Place, Bern’s Steak House and Firestick Grill will rotate in two hours shifts throughout the duration of the event; Modern American cuisine pros, Mise En Place will open the VIP experience at noon. The world famous Bern’s Steak House will demonstrate their notable menu with tastings beginning at 2:00 p.m., and Firestick Grill, known for its leading cookery at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, will display some of their signature menu items starting at 4:00 p.m.
Aside from VIP restaurants, VIP ticket purchasers will also have unlimited samples to the other 19 restaurant vendors, along with complimentary beverages. Additionally, VIP’s will have an exclusive viewpoint of the entertainment stage and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ preseason game against the Buffalo Bills on a 40-foot LED screen.
